Course Description
This introductory course on facilitating and producing participatory virtual events aims to help you boost your online participation and engagement.
During this course our experienced facilitators will discuss the challenges that come with virtual facilitation, and share helpful tips and tricks to help you make the most out of online spaces.
By the end of this course you’ll be equipped with the necessary tools and skills to produce and facilitate virtual events and meetings.

What the course will cover
This course will cover the four stages of the facilitation process and highlights the key considerations of a virtual facilitator/producer.
It should be noted that while the course is focused on Zoom and MS Teams, the principles, tools, and techniques that you’ll be equipped with have widespread application.
