Sheridan-Lee Mentor

Sheridan-Lee Mentor is an Evaluation and Research Consultant at Southern Hemisphere with over 6 years of experience in applied research and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). She works across qualitative and quantitative methods, with a focus on theory-based, participatory, and utilisation-focused approaches that support evidence-informed decision-making.
Her experience spans complex national and multi-country evaluations across Africa and globally, covering areas such as gender-based violence, health, education, human rights, and climate-related work. She has strong experience in coordinating and managing evaluation and research assignments, with particular strengths in translating research into clear, actionable recommendations and facilitating learning processes with diverse stakeholders.
Sheridan-Lee holds a Master of Philosophy in Programme Evaluation (with distinction) from the University of Cape Town and is committed to advancing socially responsive, people-centred evaluation practice.
