What is MEL?

In a nutshell – MEL can be broken down into four main parts.

  • Monitoring – at this stage our experts collect essential data about your organisation, the people in it, and how your systems are working.
  • Evaluation – This is where our experts assess how effective your processes are in achieving your organisational goals. It is where issues are flagged and those processes which work well are highlighted.
  • Learning – Now our experts will design a learning program using tried and tested methods but specifically developed for your team and your organisation.
  • Repeat: Further monitoring and evaluation – this time to evaluate the learning and changes which have been implemented – hereafter specific feedback and support can be given to improve any problematic areas.
